1.  This (pet) dog/puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.

2.  This guarantee does not cover any injury sustained to dog/puppy after leaving the possession of the seller nor does it cover any sickness incurred by being fed a diet different than what is specified or by the administration of any medications or supplements not given by the breeder.

3.  To the best of my knowledge you have purchased a healthy AKC Pomeranian or Chihuahua.  I sell the puppy/dog as a companion. I do not guarantee bites, ears, molera, testicles, worms, fleas, hernias, luxated patellas, calcium drops, against allergies or skin conditions. I do not guarantee size or color. I guarantee against parvo or any other viruses for 5 days only.  I am not responsible for vet bills.  We provide the puppies with the 1st series of puppy shots; however we leave the decision on removing the dew claws up to you.  We feel it is a personal choice on whether or not you feel this is necessary.

4.  The buyer is required to have their new dog/puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of receipt. Failure to do so will terminate any and all guarantees on the dog/puppy for which this contract is written. 

5.  If the purchased dog/puppy is deemed genetically defective by a verterinary exam within three days of purchase a full refund will be given upon return of the puppy. If the puppy dies before his first birthday from a genetic defect the dog/puppy will be replaced with another dog/puppy of equal value as soon as one is available. The buyer must send a statement from a licensed veterinarian stating the congenital problem of the dog/puppy. We will not pay any Vet. costs/bills, delivery fees, replacements fees or any return to seller fees. All expenses will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. A copy of the dog/puppy's medical records have been supplied to the buyer indicating vaccinations given and vaccinations required.  If the buyer does not adhere to this schedule for the health of the dog/puppy; any and all guarantees will be terminated.

6.  The dog/puppy replacement will take place if and when a statement from the licensed veterinarian who has done the examination and has provided the seller proof of genetic defect and after all registration papers, health records and pedigrees are returned to the seller. The seller reserves the option to have a second opinion by a licensed veterinarian of the sellers choosing with all associated costs incurred to be the full responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs incurred for the replacement dog/puppy is also the buyers sole responsibility. NO DOG/PUPPY WILL BE REPLACED FOR ANY REASON EXCEPT WHAT HAS BEEN SET FORTH IN THIS CONTRACT.

6.  It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the dog/puppy is eating and drinking often as well as getting plenty of rest from playing and/or from stress. I do NOT guarantee against hypoglycemia of any kind.

7. The dog/puppy has been fed the following fed the following feed: Nutro Ultra Dry puppy  food.

8.  Please to not change the dog/puppy's feed immediately as this will void any responsibility on the seller's part for the health of the dog/puppy. Changing feeds has to be done at a slow rate over time.
